We prefer to work more closely with our clients to ensure the perfect style, finish and size is ordered correctly. This helps to ensure that you create a room you will truly love.  However, if you know of a specific item you would like, please feel free to call us and we can take care of your order over the phone. If you would like to browse, please stop by our showroom where you can see and feel all of the beautiful items we carry.
Absolutely. We deliver to greater Grants Pass, Oregon and surrounding areas. For an additional fee, we can deliver outside of our normal area. Just give us a call for a quote.
Typically, we are able to deliver in-stock merchandise within a week. If an item is custom ordered, we will let you know and give you a timeframe for expected delivery. Though exact lead times vary by vendor, most custom orders take between 4-6 weeks to arrive.
If any item breaks or is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Financing is available. We always offer 6 and 12 months (no interest with regular payments) and often have promotions with longer terms, occasionally up to 5 years. Drop by the store to complete a quick 5-minute application or get more information here.

We make 60-70 deliveries a week across Grants Pass, Medford, Ashland and all places in-between. Because of that we route deliveries by area and along the most efficient route.

No. Again, because of our routing efficiencies we can narrow your delivery to a 2-hour window. We will call the night before to give you that time window, plus call you the day of your delivery from the stop before yours.
For a Express Delivery fee ($96) we can schedule your delivery to a specific time, Tuesday through Saturday.
Unlike many other furniture stores that have special rules and lots of fine print, Gates offers a 14-Day Return Policy on all furniture orders, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. (The Gates Sleep Center has a 90-Night Trial for mattress purchases, click here for details.)

 

We believe that in order to have the best possible shopping experience, our customers should not have worry if their furniture is going to look or fit right in their home and lifestyle. If, for whatever reason, you’re not happy with your purchase just call 541-476-4627 or speak with your salesperson to start the return process.

As a Gates customer you have the option of exchanging an order instead of returning it for a refund. Please give us a call or email and we will gladly share more details on how to process the exchange.
At Gates, we’ll either match our competitor’s lowest price or do something other stores won’t – tell you that you found a great deal and that you should buy it. We call it our Low Price Promise. Even if you don’t buy from us, your satisfaction is our goal.
You bet! Our interior decorators have the experience to create beautiful living spaces in your home. It takes more than a good eye to design a room – it takes a good ear. We’ll discuss your tastes, lifestyle and budget and help you put together the living room, dining room or bedroom you’ve always wanted. Just ask to speak with one of our qualified staff. We’d be happy to assist you. And by the way, our decorating assistance is free with any purchase.

Gates has a blanket policy of no haul-aways of used furniture.

We will accept Haul-Aways of mattresses as a part of our Dream Bed Guarantee.

We do not want to mix used goods with new goods on our trucks, and have received enough customer feedback in the past to continue this policy.
