Warranties

Items purchased from Gates come with our in-house 1-year warranty (unless the items are noted as CLOSEOUT/AS-IS). This means that if anything goes wrong due to craftsmanship or defect Gates will take care of it.

If it’s been longer than a year, most product carry great manufacturer warranties, and issues can be resolved easily.

Just call our Service Department or fill out the contact form above if you feel that you have a warranty claim/issue.

Alternatively, if you purchased an additional stain and accident warranty from Gates you will need to start the warranty process by calling 1-800-xxx-xxxx. If you have any problems with that please feel free to get in contact with the Service Department and we will be happy to help.
